Musette, Balkan-Gypsie, experimental / noise and (dark)Ambient are my roots - a blend of folklore imaginaire in the meaning of Béla Bartók and contemporary (electronic) music. Besides manifold collaborations Anja is part of Ensemble Abrash (IT/D), a Duo with the flutist Ulrike Lentz and "this honourable fish“. Together with the trombonist Helmut Buntjer she curates under the label „schwarz-weiss ist die bessere farbe“ filmconcerts with historic film-art, video-arts and contemporary music.
